“Dia de los Muertos” title cards

This is the opening title sequence from Kirk Kelley’s stop-motion and CGI short “Dia de Los Muertos” produced at Will Vinton Studios in 2000. I designed and cut the title cards, including the “Will Vinton Studios Presents” and “Dia de Los Muertos” banners. Medium is tissue paper. Below are work in progress images, showing how these are cut in a stack of about 13 sheets of tissue paper with the design on top.
